Magnesium EDTA chelated
Description
Magnesium that has been chelated with EDTA is used in horticulture or crops. It can be used to remedy soil or artificial substrate deficiencies. A foliar spray or a medium drench will be used to apply the product. It helps plants absorb nutrients instantly, resulting in a considerable and rapid boost in crop yield.
Mode of Action
Nutrient Uptake: Chelated magnesium is more readily absorbed by plant roots compared to non-chelated forms. The chelating action of EDTA increases the mobility and availability of magnesium in the soil solution, facilitating its uptake by plant roots.
Applications
Drip Irrigation: Magnesium EDTA chelated formulations can be injected into irrigation systems for fertigation. This method delivers magnesium directly to the root zone, ensuring uniform distribution and efficient uptake by plants.
